  • Fireworks by Grucci

BayFest 2014 will be held aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay. Performers include Uncle Kracker, Smash Mouth, Capital Cities, and Rodney Atkins with special guest Rose Falcon on Sunday night. This three-day event also features fireworks by Grucci on Friday night.

BayFest, Windward Oahu’s premier music and family festival, returns to Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe Bay, for its 23rd year of headline entertainment, carnival rides and games, fireworks, military displays and fun for the entire island. The gates will be open to the public on Friday from 5:00 pm – 1:00 am; Saturday from Noon to 1:00 am; and Sunday from Noon – 10:00 pm.

This year the event will be held in the fall rather than summer and visitors can expect slightly cooler and more comfortable temperatures. The move to October enables MCBH to better support BayFest during even number years and the Kaneohe Bay Airshow in odd number years. Additionally, this date change eliminates conflicting schedules with RIMPAC, which is held every other summer.
