From its humble beginnings as a small windward community festival, BayFest has matured into one of Hawaii’s premier concert events. Marine Corps Community Services is extending an invitation to all media personnel interested in covering the 23rd year of BayFest, Hawaii’s largest music festival featuring national recording artists.

BayFest Media Pass
To apply for a BayFest media or photography pass, please email by Wednesday, October 15. Requests must include contact name, telephone number, email address and the name of the media outlet represented. Please include information about the media outlet (newspaper, magazine, television, online medium, etc.) All requests will be reviewed and those that are approved will be contacted by a BayFest media coordinator.

Please note: A media pass does not grant “all access.” Media credentials do not provide access to backstage and other off-limits areas. Photographers will not be allowed on stage, however those approved with passes will be allowed into a restricted pit at the front of the USAA Main Stage. Family members or guests will not be considered for media pass credentials.
